Ingredients (15 – 18 Pieces)

2 TSP
 KISSA MATCHA BEAUTY
225G  VEGAN MARGERINE
60G  ICING SUGAR
1 PINCH OF
 SALT
2 PIECES OF
 CARDAMOM CAPSULES
1/2 TSP
FINE EXTRACTED ORGANIC LEMONS
300G  FLOUR

Preparation

KISSA COOKIE add the final touch to everyone’s Christmas party. Delightfully-fruity Matcha Beauty meets sparkling citrus fruit and results in a christmas cookie, that nobody want to resist. 

Stir margarine, icing sugar, KISSA Matcha Beauty, salt and citrus zest until smooth. Crush the cardamom pods in a pestle and mortar, discard the shells and finely grind the seeds. Add cardamom powder and flour to the dough, stir to combine, wrap in foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough until 3–4 mm thick and cut into different shapes. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 170 ℃ for approximately 8–10 minutes.
