KISSA ROOIBOS TRUFFLES
Relax and unwind – KISSA’S ROOIBOS TRUFFLES. Caramel-mild Rooibos Tea Powder “De-Stress” and finest dark chocolate make these truffles a sweet highlight during the christmas season.
Heat the cream in a small pot and add vanilla pulp and 2 tsp of KISSA Rooibos Tea Powder.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add hot cream and lemon zest and stir with a whisk until smooth. Allow the ganache to cool down to room temperature, then form into small balls. Roll the truffles in Rooibos Tea Powder.
