MATCHA-CHIA-KIWI-DRINK

Ingredients (4 Serves)

2 TSP  KISSA MATCHA  FOCUS
500 ML
 HOT WATER (80 °C)
3 TBSP
 CHIA SEEDS
4  KIWIS
1 HANDFUL  SPINACH LEAVES
1 SLICE  FRESH GINGER
250 ML  WHITE GRAPE JUICE
 ICE CUBES

Preparation

The KISSA Matcha-Chia-Kiwi-Drink invites you to tropical dreams and refreshes you from the inside.

 

Force KISSA Matcha Focus through a fine sieve, add the hot water and whisk with a bamboo whisk until frothy. Leave to cool completely.

Stir the chia seeds into the coconut water and leave to soak for at least 20 minutes.

Peel 2 kiwis and put them in a blender, together with the spinach, ginger, grape juice and the cool matcha. Blend until smooth. Halve the remaining kiwis and cut out small balls with a melon baller (or a small spoon).

Stir the coconut chia water once again and divide into glasses. Add the ice cubes and kiwi balls. Pour the matcha smoothie into the glasses and serve cold.
