Preparation
Continue your detox day with a light lunch and a Matcha Green Goddess Salad.
Place the flesh of half an avocado, KISSA Matcha Beauty and all the remaining ingredients for the dressing in a blender and mix until nice and smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Cut heads of the romaine lettuce in half lengthwise and fry cut-side down until golden brown, then place on plates. Thinly slice radishes using a mandolin slicer, cut cucumbers into uneven pieces and place both on top of the lettuce. Scoop out remaining avocado half with a spoon, cut the flesh into slices and arrange on the plate as well. Drizzle with green goddess dressing. Roughly chop the macadamia nuts and spread over the salad, along with the fave beans and Thai basil.
