Spanish temperament meets gentle tea. With Rooibos KISSA Tea De-Stress the Spanish refreshing drink gets a soft and caramel touch. ROOIBOS HORCHATA – a refreshment of a different kind.
Rooibos ice cubes: Infuse KISSA Rooibos Tea Powder De-Stress with hot water (50 ml at 80°C) and beat well with a bamboo whisk. Sweeten with sugar or agave syrup. Mix with coconut rice milk and pour into an ice cube tray. Place in the freezer overnight.
Horchata: Put all the ingredients into a jar with a screw-on lid and let it infuse overnight. Remove the cinnamon stick, mash the rice with the liquid using a hand-held blender and strain through a sieve. Serve the Horchata with some Rooibos ice cubes in a glass and decorate with Rooibos Tea powder.
