Whether after exercise, during long study sessions, or simply as a healthy snack between meals – Matcha Coconut Energy Balls give you a natural energy and focus boost. The combination of dates, nuts, and KISSA Matcha provides you with valuable nutrients, quick energy, and sustained concentration.
Ingredients (for about 12 balls)

200 g pitted dates (Medjool)

100 g desiccated coconut (+ a little more for rolling)

4 tbsp almond butter or cashew butter

2 tsp KISSA Matcha Focus

2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

1 pinch of salt

Optional: 1 tsp vanilla
preparation

Put the dates (soak briefly if necessary) into the blender.

Mix with desiccated coconut, nut butter, coconut oil, matcha, salt and vanilla until creamy and sticky.

Form small balls with slightly damp hands.

Roll in coconut flakes or matcha.

Let it set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Tip:

Keeps in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.

For an extra wow effect: dip half in white chocolate and dust with matcha.
