ingredients Matcha ice cream
Quantity for 8 popsicles
- 3-4 bamboo spoons KISSA Matcha Basic
- 800g vanilla ice cream
- 100g frozen blueberries
- 1 small cup of fresh blueberries
- 1-2 tablespoons honey (alternatively agave syrup)
- 6-8 pieces of ice lolly mold or small plastic cups (e.g. yogurt cups)
- 6-8 teaspoons or wooden sticks
Preparation of Matcha Ice Cream
- Allow the vanilla ice cream to thaw and sieve KISSA Matcha Basic. Mix both together to make fine Matcha ice cream. Cook the blueberries with honey in a pan to make a ragout until the juice begins to come out.
- Fill the ice cream mold with 1 – 2 teaspoons of blueberry ragout and then fill it to the brim with Matcha ice cream.
- Freeze the ice cream for about 1-2 hours, put a gold spoon in it, garnish with 3-4 fresh blueberries and leave to freeze overnight. Fresh, fruity ice cream with a Matcha kick for hot summer days!
Tip: Dip the molds briefly in warm water before serving, then the ice cream will dissolve better.
