Tips & Tricks for perfect preparation
Mix Matcha with hot water to a smooth paste and let cool. For swirl, gently fold into each cup; for layer, fill the top half with Matcha paste. Insert sticks in the middle and freeze at least 5 hours, preferably overnight. Briefly run cups under lukewarm water before serving to easily release Frozen Fruchtzwerge. Optionally, add small fruits or berries for extra color and flavor.
Ingredients
1 pack Fruchtzwerge (6 cups, we suggest strawberry or raspberry)
2 tsp KISSA Matcha Basic
2 tbsp hot water
6 wooden sticks (popsicle sticks)
Optional: fresh berries or small fruits
Instructions
- Mix Matcha with hot water to a smooth paste, let cool.
- Option A – Swirl: gently fold Matcha into each cup, don’t fully mix → pretty marbling.
- Option B – Layer: fill top half with Matcha paste → clean green layer.
- Insert sticks in the middle.
- Freeze at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
- Briefly run cups under lukewarm water to release Frozen Fruchtzwerge before serving.
