Matcha Vanilla Cookies – perfect for your mindful moment
These cookies are everything you want in a sweet little treat: buttery, tender, just the right amount of sweetness – and infused with the creamy, vibrant taste of KISSA Vanilla Matcha Latte powder. Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
- 4 tbsp KISSA Vanilla Matcha Latte Powder
- 100 g unsalted butter (softened)
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp milk (if needed)
Instructions:
- Mix flour & matcha
In a bowl, combine the flour and KISSA Vanilla Matcha Latte Powder. - Cream the butter
In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth. - Make the dough
Gradually add the flour-matcha mix to the butter mixture and stir until a smooth dough forms. If it feels too dry, add a tablespoon of milk at a time. - Chill the dough
Shape the dough into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes. - Preheat & slice
Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). Slice the dough into 1 cm thick cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. - Bake
Bake the cookies for 12–15 minutes – they should be set but still light in color. - Cool & enjoy
Let the cookies cool completely before serving. They’re especially good with a warm bowl of matcha!
