Tips & Tricks for perfect preparation
Mix Matcha with hot water to a smooth paste and let cool. Stir in coconut milk, lime juice, and honey – this is your Matcha layer. Puree the mango smoothly and set aside. Fill the popsicle molds two-thirds with the Matcha mixture, then top with mango puree for a swirl look or classic layering. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight. For extra color, add small mango chunks to the puree.
Ingredients
2 tsp KISSA Matcha Basic
3 tbsp hot water
200 ml coconut milk (full fat, canned)
150 g mango puree (canned or thawed frozen)
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
½ lime, juice

Instructions
- Mix Matcha with hot water to a smooth paste, let cool.
- Stir in coconut milk, lime juice, and honey → this is the Matcha layer.
- Puree mango separately until smooth.
- Layer: fill molds ⅔ with Matcha mix, then mango puree on top – swirl optional.
- Insert sticks and freeze at least 6 hours (overnight preferred).
