Ingredients

• 200 g matcha chocolate (or white chocolate + 1 KISSA Matcha Basic)
• 50 g white chocolate
• 10 g sakura powder
• Sakura blossoms & dried fruits
• Baking paper

Preparation

  1. Slowly melt the chocolate in a water bath until completely smooth.
  2. Melt the white chocolate separately and mix with sakura powder.
  3. Pour the matcha chocolate onto baking paper and spread it smoothly.
  4. Spread the sakura chocolate over it and lightly marble.
  5. Decorate with blossoms and fruits.
  6. Allow to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  7. Break into pieces and enjoy.
