Ingredients:
- 1 tsp KISSA Matcha Focus
- 60 ml filtered water (approx. 80 °C)
- 150–200 ml chilled tonic water
- Ice cubes
- Optional: slice of lime or fresh mint for garnish
Instructions:
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl.
- Add the hot water and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled tonic water over the ice.
- Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the tonic.
