For legal reasons we can no longer deliver to Spain.

Our partner Gustus Universum ( www.gustusuniversum.com ) is happy to assist you with deliveries to Spain.

4. Complaints about transport damage

What to do if you have a complaint about transport damage:

– as many large-resolution photos of the package and its contents from all sides as possible service@aiya-europe.com send
– Description of how you received the package (visible external damage and also internal damage)
– DO NOT dispose of the packaging or contents; they will be inspected for damage if necessary.
