The Miyabi bowl is made in Japan – in the classic shape of a Matcha bowl (chawan), used to prepare Matcha for centuries. Its name comes from Japanese: Miyabi (雅) stands for elegance and a refined, understated beauty. The deep black and the simple lines carry exactly that idea – minimal, calm and finished with care down to the last detail.

The right bowl makes whisking easier: the rounded shape gives your bamboo whisk enough room for the W-motion, so your Matcha turns out even and creamy. The deep black lets the vibrant green and the fine foam stand out beautifully. Pure or as a latte – Miyabi is made for your daily ritual, not just for the shelf.

A sieve, a bamboo whisk, your Miyabi bowl – and a few minutes just for you. Sift 2 bamboo scoops (about 1/2 tsp) of Matcha into the bowl, pour over about 150 ml of hot water (80 °C) and whisk in quick W-motions until foamy. For a Matcha latte, simply add a frothed plant-based drink. Afterwards, rinse the bowl with hot water only – no dish soap, for a pure taste next time.
