These Crunchy Matcha Bites combine white chocolate, KISSA Matcha Basic, cornflakes, and strawberries. Fruity, crispy, and creamy – perfect as a midday snack, a little pick-me-up, or a sweet bite after lunch.
Ingredients (makes approx. 10–12 bites)

80 g plain cornflakes (unsweetened)

30 g freeze-dried strawberries

1 tsp KISSA Matcha Basic

100 g white chocolate (vegan or classic)

1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother texture)
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients:
Roughly crush the cornflakes and combine with the freeze-dried strawberries in a bowl. Set a few strawberry pieces aside for decorating. - Make the matcha chocolate:
Melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil in a water bath or microwave. Stir in KISSA Matcha Basic until evenly green and smooth. - Combine everything:
Pour the matcha chocolate over the cornflake mixture and stir well until fully coated. - Shape & chill:
Spoon small clusters onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Decorate with the remaining strawberry pieces.
Let chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes until set.
Tip: You can also spoon the mixture into mini muffin cups for easier serving and a polished look.
