Ingredients (1 shake):

- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured whey protein
- 200 ml cold water or plant milk (e.g. oat or almond)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A handful of ice cubes
Step-by-step instructions:
Step 1: Add your liquid base
Pour 200 ml of cold water or plant milk into your shaker. Oat milk adds creaminess, while water keeps it light and clean.
Step 2: Add the protein powder
Scoop in your whey protein. We recommend vanilla or unflavoured – it blends well with matcha’s unique flavor.
