A radiant complexion and velvety-soft skin – sometimes you don't need expensive drugstore products for that. With just a few ingredients, you can easily make your own matcha and coconut sugar scrub at home. This body scrub intensively nourishes the skin, removes dead skin cells, and simultaneously provides it with the antioxidants of matcha.
Recipe for 200 ml Matcha Coconut Sugar Scrub
Ingredients:
-
12 tablespoons of brown sugar (approx. 140 g)
-
4 tbsp coconut oil (approx. 50 g, slightly melted)
-
2 tsp KISSA Matcha Beauty (approx. 6 g)
-
6–10 drops of essential oil of your choice (e.g. lavender, orange or mint, approx. 4 g)
Preparation:
-
Gently warm the coconut oil until it is liquid, but not hot.
-
Mix the sugar and matcha thoroughly in a bowl.
-
Slowly stir in the coconut oil until a smooth mixture is formed.
-
Add essential oil and stir again.
-
Pour into a clean 200ml glass and seal tightly.
Application:
Apply to damp skin and gently massage in circular motions. Then rinse with warm water. The scrub leaves skin soft, refreshed, and with a light, nourishing film of coconut oil.
