Tips for the best foam + clean layers
Keep your water at max 80°C so the matcha stays smooth and whisks up nicely. If you want an extra silky finish, sift the matcha before whisking. Pour coconut water first, then slowly add the matcha on top to keep that signature layered look. Stir right before sipping for a balanced taste—or leave it layered for the prettiest glass moment.

- some ice cubes
- 200ml coconut water
- 60ml water (hot, max 80°C)
Instructions:
- Whisk KISSA Matcha with hot water (max 80°C) until foamy
- Fill a glass with ice cubes
- Pour in coconut water
- Slowly pour the matcha over the top
- Stir well & enjoy
