INGREDIENTS (FOR ONE GLASS):
• 100 g frozen blueberries
• 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
• 3 tbsp warm water
• 2 tbsp KISSA Matcha Basic
• 60 ml hot water (approx. 80 °C)
• 150 ml plant-based drink (e.g. oat or almond)
• Ice cubes
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Blueberry layer
Blend frozen blueberries with honey and warm water until smooth. Pour into a glass as your fruity base.
Whisk your Matcha
Add Matcha to a bowl, pour in the hot water, and whisk until frothy using a bamboo whisk.
Layer it up
Slowly pour 150 ml of your plant drink over the blueberry layer. Gently add the Matcha on top to create that signature layered look.
Add ice & enjoy!
Toss in a few ice cubes, grab a straw, and sip your way into good vibes only.
