Whisk the matcha with 80 ml of hot water until creamy. Let it cool briefly (to lukewarm) so the ice cream doesn't melt immediately.

Put ice in a small bowl or glass and pile it up.

Gently place sugar eyes on the ice surface – adjust monster gaze.

Pour the lukewarm matcha around the ice .
