Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream (vegan)

  • 2 tsp KISSA Matcha Basic

  • 80 ml water (approx. 80 °C) for mixing

  • Sugar eyes

  • Whisk the matcha with 80 ml of hot water until creamy. Let it cool briefly (to lukewarm) so the ice cream doesn't melt immediately.

Steps

  1. Put ice in a small bowl or glass and pile it up.

  2. Gently place sugar eyes on the ice surface – adjust monster gaze.

  3. Pour the lukewarm matcha around the ice .

  4. Spoon & enjoy – more green “sauce” with every spoonful!

Tip

For extra Halloween vibes, serve the bowl on “cookie soil”: sprinkle a few Oreo crumbs around the bowl.
