A drink straight from the clouds: silky matcha foam meets juicy pear and refreshing coconut. Lightly sweet, wonderfully smooth and ready in just a few minutes – made with the KISSA Matcha Latte Stick No Added Sugar.
Ingredients:
For the Matcha Cloud:
- 1 stick KISSA Matcha Latte No Added Sugar
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream (e.g. from a chilled can)
For the base:
- 1 pump pear syrup
- Pressed coconut water
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Make the Matcha Cloud: Froth the coconut milk, coconut cream, and matcha latte stick in a milk frother until you get a fluffy green cream.
- Prepare your glass: Add one pump of pear syrup and swirl to coat the bottom.
- Add ice cubes and coconut water.
- Gently pour the matcha cloud on top.
- Stir & enjoy!
