preparation
Preparation
-
Take the butter out of the refrigerator in time so that it softens.
-
Bring the egg to room temperature.
-
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Steps
-
Beat the soft butter with the brown and white sugar using a hand mixer until creamy.
-
Add the egg and mix well.
-
Sift the baking powder, flour and KISSA Matcha powder together and fold into the butter mixture using a spatula.
-
Stir in white chocolate chips. Tip: If the flour isn't fully incorporated, press the dough against the side of the bowl and continue stirring until it's smooth.
-
Divide the dough into about 20 portions and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
-
Reduce oven temperature to 180 °C and bake the cookies for about 10 minutes.
Tip
The more white chocolate chips you use, the moister and sweeter the cookies will be. For a particularly beautiful finish, press a few chips onto the top of the dough just before baking.
