1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) of Aiya Europe GmbH (“Seller”) apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer or business (“Customer”) and the Seller via the Seller’s online shop. Any deviating conditions of the Customer are excluded unless otherwise agreed.
1.2 These GTC also apply to the purchase of gift vouchers, unless expressly stated otherwise.
1.3 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
1.4 A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity acting in a commercial or professional capacity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contract Formation
2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer.
2.2 The Customer places selected products in the shopping cart and proceeds through the order process, entering the necessary data. A summary is displayed at the end. By clicking the final order button, the Customer submits a binding purchase offer.
2.3 The Seller may accept the offer in one of the following ways: – Sending a written or email confirmation – Requesting payment after order submission – Shipping the product
The first action constitutes acceptance. If the Seller does not accept within five days, the offer is deemed rejected.
2.4 The Seller stores the contract terms. The GTC can be viewed anytime on the website. Order data, cancellation policy, and GTC are sent via email. Registered customers can access their contract details in their account.
2.5 All inputs are displayed for review before finalizing the order and may be corrected using the browser’s back button or other standard methods.
2.6 The contract language is German.
2.7 The Customer must provide a valid email address and ensure that order-related messages are not blocked by filters.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1 All prices are final and include VAT unless otherwise agreed. Any shipping costs are listed in the product description.
3.2 For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. Customers should check with local authorities before ordering.
3.3 Available payment methods are listed in the online shop.
3.4 For advance payments via bank transfer, payment is due immediately after contract conclusion.

3.6 For SOFORT payments, customers need an online banking account with PIN/TAN. Further information: https://www.klarna.com/sofort/
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. For PayPal payments, the PayPal shipping address is binding.
4.2 If delivery fails due to incorrect address or other reasons attributable to the Customer, the Customer bears any additional costs.
4.3 In-store pickup is not available.
4.4 Vouchers are delivered via: – Email – Download – Postal delivery
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
5.2 The Seller’s cancellation policy applies.
6. Retention of goods
Until full payment is received, all goods remain the property of the Seller.
7. Warranty
7.1 Legal warranty rights apply unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Customers are encouraged to report obvious transport damages to the carrier and inform the Seller. This does not affect warranty claims.
8. Redemption of Gift Vouchers
8.1 Gift vouchers purchased via the online shop may only be redeemed in the online shop.
8.2 Vouchers are valid until the end of the third year after purchase. Remaining balances are credited to the voucher account.
8.3 Gift vouchers must be applied before completing checkout. Retroactive redemption is not possible.
8.4 Only one gift voucher may be used per order.
8.5 Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
8.6 If the voucher does not cover the full order amount, other payment methods may be used for the difference.
8.7 Voucher balances are non-refundable and do not earn interest.
8.8 Gift vouchers are transferable. The Seller may redeem them in good faith unless aware of ineligibility.
9. Redemption of Promotional Vouchers
9.1 Promotional vouchers offered free during campaigns are redeemable only during the specified period and only in the online shop.
9.2 Certain products may be excluded from promotions.
9.3 Promotional vouchers must be applied before completing the order.
9.4 Only one promotional voucher can be used per order.
9.5 The order value must be at least equal to the voucher value.
9.6 If the voucher value is insufficient, other payment methods may be used for the balance.
9.7 Promotional vouchers are not refundable or interest-bearing.
9.8 Promotional vouchers are not refunded if products paid for with them are returned.
9.9 Promotional vouchers are transferable under the same conditions as gift vouchers.
10. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Jurisdiction
If the Customer is a merchant or legal entity under public law based in Germany, the Seller’s place of business is the exclusive place of jurisdiction. For customers based outside Germany, this also applies if the contract is related to their professional activity. The Seller also reserves the right to bring action at the customer’s place of business.
12. Online Dispute Resolution

The Seller is not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
