Pumpkin Chai Latte – reinterpreted in KISSA style!
Ingredients Pumpkin Chai Latte
For 1 serving you need:
- 200 ML plant drink
- 2 tsp Chai for Latte Mix
- 1 piece of Hokkaido pumpkin
- 50 ML water
- Optional: Ready-to-Spray Vegetable Whipped Cream
Preparation of Pumpkin Chai Latte
- Heat water in a pot and cook the pumpkin until soft (approx. 5 minutes).
- Then puree and set aside.
- Heat 250 ml of plant drink of your choice, add 2 tsp (approx. 12g) Stir in the Chai for Latte Mix and add the pumpkin puree.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream or foamed plant milk.
