INGREDIENTS (FOR ONE GLASS):
1 ripe peach (or 100 g peach pieces, fresh or canned)
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
3 tablespoons warm water
2 tsp KISSA Matcha Beauty
60 ml hot water (approx. 80 °C)
150 ml plant-based drink (e.g. oat or almond drink)
ice cubes
PREPARATION:
Peach Layer
Blend peach pieces with honey and warm water in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass as the first layer.
Preparing Matcha
Whisk 2 teaspoons of KISSA Matcha Beauty with warm water in a bowl using a bamboo whisk until foamy.
Layer the latte
Carefully pour 150 ml of plant-based drink over the peach layer. Then slowly add the matcha to create the summery layered look.
Add ice and enjoy!
