PURE ORGANIC MATCHA
Let customers speak for us
Production of organic Matcha
Organic matcha is made from selected tea leaves that are carefully harvested, processed and finely ground. Even before harvest, the shading of the tea plants plays an important role: it influences the vibrant green colour, the fine leaf structure and the typical flavour profile of matcha.
After harvesting, the tea leaves are carefully processed. For matcha, the leaf material is ground into a very fine powder, which can then be traditionally whisked with water or used in lattes and recipes.
KISSA offers a versatile selection for different matcha moments – from pure organic matcha to creamy latte mixes and practical sticks for on the go.
