CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION KISSA ROASTED CHAI FOR LATTE MIX LAUNCH RAFFLE
The participation at the KISSA Roasted Chai for Latte Mix Launch raffle is free of charge. All persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Legal representatives and employees of KISSA Tea GmbH are excluded from participation. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the rules of the competition:
1. DATA PROTECTION
The operators of the website www.kissatea.com point out that the personal data (including email addresses and names) of the participant at the KISSA Roasted Chai for Latte Mix Launch raffle will not be passed on to third parties without their consent, nor will they be released for use. In the event of a win, the participant allows KISSA Tea GmbH to contact him to notify the winner.
2. PARTICIPATION
From October 28th to November 8th 2020 you can participate at the raffle by commenting why you would like the win Roasted Chai for Latte Mix beneath the KISSA Facebook raffle posting.
3. PRIZE
You can win one of five KISSA Roasted Chai for Latte Mix tins 120g.
The five winners will be chosen randomly on November 9th, 2020 closed to the public. After the determination has been made, the winner will receive an message from KISSA Tea GmbH informing them of the prize and requesting that the address details be sent in order to send the prize. If the address details are not sent to KISSA Tea GmbH within seven days of the end of the competition, the prize will be forfeited.
5. PAYMENT OF THE PRIZE
The winnings are paid out exclusively to the winner. The prize will only be allocated as a non-cash prize, an exchange of the prize is not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
6. DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE COMPETITION
KISSA Tea GmbH is entitled to exclude individual participants from the competition if there are justified reasons, e.g. violation of the conditions of participation, influencing the competition, manipulation, etc.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Legal recourse is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to the payment of the winnings.
8. CHANGES TO THE RULES OF PARTICIPATION AND ENDING THE RAFFLE
KISSA Tea GmbH reserves the right to alter the Conditions of Participation at any time. Furthermore, KISSA Tea GmbH reserves the right to end or interrupt the competition at any time. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the scheduled running of the competition.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KISSA Tea GmbH excludes liability for incorrect data transport and / or loss, unless this is due to errors for which KISSA Tea GmbH is responsible. KISSA Tea GmbH is particularly not liable in cases in which data is not transmitted to KISSA Tea GmbH, or not in good time due to incorrect and / or incomplete data input by the participant.
10. APPLICABLE LAW
The KISSA 5th anniversary raffle by KISSA Tea GmbH is subject exclusively to the law of the Republic of Austria. All decisions are final.
All personal data will be treated confidentially. A transfer of your customer data to third party companies for advertising purposes is excluded. The participant can request the correction, deletion and blocking of this data at any time.
