1. PAYMENT OPTIONS

1.1 For delivery within Germany we have following payment options unless otherwise indicated:

1.2 For delivery abroad we have following payment options unless otherwise indicated:

– Sofortüberweisung.de (valid for following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Italy, United Kingdom, Poland, Spain, France)

2. SHIPPING

2.1 We ship with DHL, UPS

2.2 We ship to: Germany, European Union, Switzerland, Norway and United Kingdom. The shipping costs incurred can be found under points 3.1 and 3.2

3. SHIPPING COSTS

3.1. Within Germany goods which cost in excess of EUR 30 per order shall be delivered free of charge. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 30 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 4.80 will be made.

For deliveries abroad we charge lump sums per delivery as follows:

3.2. Austria: EUR 4.95 free shipping: from EUR 45 up

3.3. Within the rest of the EU (European Union) goods which cost in excess of EUR 60 per order shall be delivered free of charge. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 60 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 9.95 will be made. A shipping rate of EUR 40 will be made for the following countries (regardless of the order amount): Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary.

4. Information for complaints, transport damages and returns

What to do in a case of transport damage:

– Please contact service@kissatea.com

Send as many large-resolution photos of the package as possible as well as content from all pages to service@kissatea.com

– Description of how you received the package (visible external damage and also the internal damage)

– DO NOT dispose of the packaging or its contents, maybe it’s necessary to check the packaging for damage.

– For visible (external) damage, we ask you to submit a complaint directly to the postman.
