What would be Christmas season without a punch? We at KISSA have spiced up the hot drink a bit and that’s how the Matcha Punch was born.
Force KISSA Matcha Focus through a fine sieve, add the hot water and froth it up with a bamboo whisk. Add Kalê, yuzu juice, ginger slices and maple syrup and stir well.
Garnish the drink with one lemon slice and rosemary. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
