Ingredients Matcha Cupcakes
Ingredients for 12 cupcakes:
Dough
- 175g soft butter
- 175g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 175g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp KISSA Matcha Basic
frosting
- 350g of finest sugar
- 175g soft butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tbsp KISSA Matcha Basic
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation of Matcha Cupcakes
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Beat the butter with a hand mixer until smooth. Then add the sugar and continue to beat until a soft mass is formed. Stir in the eggs.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and KISSA Matcha Basic and gradually add to the butter mixture, stirring well.
Place the cupcake cases in a cupcake tin, spread the batter evenly and bake for about 20 minutes. - For the frosting, beat the butter until smooth. Then gradually add the sugar and mix well. Next, add the water, Matcha and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
