Preparation
Matcha Chocolate Bonbons combines superfood Matcha and delicious chocolate. A heavenly combination that you’ll love.

Mix coconut butter, almond flour, powder sugar and matcha and put in the fridge for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile, melt the chocolate with with the coconut oil in hot water bath. If the chocolate stays creamy, the filling of the cups will be much easier afterwards! Prepare 8 muffin cups, fill with 2-3 Tsp of the melted chocolate and pull up on the sides a little (up to about 1/4 of the cups). Arrange one Tsp of the Matcha mix on each cup and mash slightly. Garnish with a pinch of salt and some matcha powder. Put the cups in the fridge and wait until they are perfectly firm.
Those who want the chocolates softer may put them out of the fridge 5 minutes before serving.
