Preparation
This is the best cupcake recipe ever! Matcha Cupcakes wonderfully sweet and buttery and easy to make.
Preheat your oven on 180 °C (355°F)
Mix the butter creamy with your mixer. Add sugar and mix until nice and soft, then add the eggs and mix again.
Pre mix flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and Matcha to then add it slowly to the butter mix. Put the cupcake tins into a cupcake baking dish, part the dough equally and bake for about 20 minutes-
For the frosting swirl and smooth the butter. Afterwards add sugar one by one and mix well. As next step add water, Matcha and the vanilla extract until you have a smooth mixture.
Decorate the frosting through a piping bag on the cold cupcakes.
