Preparation
Mid-afternoon slump? This Matcha Rainbow Bowl will help you to get new energy for the rest of the day.
Place all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add more almond milk or oats if necessary, season with syrup, then pour the mixture into two bowls.
Cut the plum and apple in halves, remove the cores and finely slice the fruits. Peel the mango, remove the stone and finely slice the flesh. Fan out the plum, apple and mango slices on the smoothie. Peel the tangerine with a sharp knife, making sure to also remove the white skin. Cut tangerine into slices. Peel and halve the banana. Halve the kiwis and cut out small balls with a melon baller. Top the smoothie bowl with the tangerine, banana, kiwi balls, blueberries and macadamia nuts. Cut the lime into wedges and place on the smoothie, followed by the tropaeolum flowers and leaves. Dust with KISSA Matcha BEAUTY and serve.
