Preparation
Ever heard of Hojicha Latte? Our creamy-spicy Roasted Chai for Latte Mix is reminiscent of chocolate with its sweet-nutty taste and tastes particularly good in combination with caramel. Lean back with a Roasted Caramel Chai for Latte mug and enjoy the cold season.
Line the baking pan with baking paper. Heat beet sugar, vanilla powder, soy cream, salt and margarine in a small saucepan, stirring constantly, and allow to caramelize. Then pour the mixture into rectangle form, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Once the mass is hard, it can be cut into small rectangles. Some pieces can be finely chopped for topping. Heat 250 ml of plant-based drink of your choice and stir in 2 teaspoons (approx. 12g) of Roasted Chai for Latte Mix. Pour into a glass, add the caramel sauce, add a few caramel toffees and top with whipped cream or frothed plant-based drink and sprinkle with the remaining fine caramel pieces.
