Preparation

This Matcha Mint Chocolate Ice Cream is an irresistible creation of cooling mint, delicious Matcha and sweet chocolate chips.

Leave the vanilla ice cream to defrost slightly and transfer to a blender. Sift KISSA Matcha for Cooking over the ice cream, add the mint leaves and blend until smooth.

Tip the ice cream mix into a loaf pan. Roughly chop the chocolate and stir all but 2 tbsp into the mixture. Sprinkle the ice cream with the remaining chocolate chips. Freeze completely. Let it thaw for a few minutes before serving and top with some mint leaves.
