MATCHA MINT CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

||VEGAN VANILLA ICE CREAM|
||MINT, PLUS SOME MINT LEAVES TO SERVE|
|100G||DARK CHOCOLATE (70% COCOA CONTENT OR MORE)|
This Matcha Mint Chocolate Ice Cream is an irresistible creation of cooling mint, delicious Matcha and sweet chocolate chips.
Leave the vanilla ice cream to defrost slightly and transfer to a blender. Sift KISSA Matcha for Cooking over the ice cream, add the mint leaves and blend until smooth.
Tip the ice cream mix into a loaf pan. Roughly chop the chocolate and stir all but 2 tbsp into the mixture. Sprinkle the ice cream with the remaining chocolate chips. Freeze completely. Let it thaw for a few minutes before serving and top with some mint leaves.
