Preparation
Matchadamia Cookies made with macadamia, matcha and white chocolate. This soft and tender biscuits are easy to make, and even easier to eat!

1. Mix spelt flour with cane sugar and vanilla powder. Then add the margarine at room temperature and KISSA Matcha Basic and then work it with your hands until it is a soft, smooth dough ball.
2. Once you have produced a nice green dough ball, form into equally small dough balls (I usually use the kitchen scale and form 20g balls). Then push some chocolate chips and chopped macadamias into each ball. Then put on a baking tray covered with baking paper and press them flat gently.
Keep enough distance between the cookies because they broaden while baking.
3. Bake in the pre-heated oven at 180℃ for about 10 minutes. When they are done, let them cool on the baking tray for a while before you enjoy them all at once.
